It's all about show me to know me. My time is precious and i don't waste it, unless, I want to. Basically, time spent, is time gone forever, "Spend it wisely," is my motto. I try everyday to make my WORD my bond with Continuous And Neverending Improvement in all areas of life.

I enjoy all aspects of music no matter what it is. I guess what really moves me is the percussion, ie, kick, snare, bass etc..then in comes the background noises and how the voice blends in with it all. Please believe, if you got it you got it, if not...you know what time it is!

I like movies that leaves a message throughout the whole showing. Something that grasp all my senses, I must be able to see, taste, touch, smell and hear something that i can connect with.

| Sports |
Taking care of self, come on, if you want something good looking good is only one aspect of it. I exercise my mind, body, and spirit.

Martial Arts, reading, weightlifting and jogging

I'm about self-preservation, acknowledgement, determination in order to, keep it real with self. I gotta do it to keep it real with others. You all know this, or do you?
